N333AN – Cirrus SR22 Turbo FIKI

Cirrus has gone above and beyond aviators expectations and produced yet another amazing aircraft. This 2010 SR22 Turbo takes safety, security, value and style to a level never seen before in general aviation aircraft. Along with all the safety features of former Cirrus aircraft, the new SR22T incorporates synthetic vision, Electronic Stability Protection and many other additional features that are revolutionizing flying as we know it. 333AN is equipped with Cirrus Perspective avionics, which allows pilots to see the aviation world in a whole new light. If all this wasn’t enough, Cirrus also made this aircraft certified for flight into known icing (FIKI) conditions. While past aircraft have been equipped with basic ice protection, they could never legally fly into known icing areas. FIKI allows the pilot to get in and out of places safely and legally where other models would not dare to go. If you are looking for the ultimate traveling aircraft Independence Aviation has it for you in 333AN.

N228TR – Cirrus SR20

This 2005 SR20 is the latest addition to our growing fleet of IA Cirrus aircraft. The first thing you’ll notice when strapping into this 200HP rocket is that it has Traffic Information Service Broadcast (TIS-B) onboard! TIS-B is a remarkable asset when flying in and around the busy Denver Class B airspace. It provides another set of “automated eyes on the sky” for you while you are doing the important work of hand flying the aircraft. Need a break? Simply engage the STec 55X autopilot and relax. We have also recently added a LoPresti BoomBeam X2 Landing Light which provides unparalleled illumination for those dark nights, or for daytime “see and be seen” operations.

N315AR – Cirrus SR20

This 2007 SR20 is a gadget lover’s dream. It comes equipped with a dual Garmin 430 GPS system enabled with WAAS. This allows you to fly instrument approaches down to 200′ above the ground with incredible precision. And for the VFR pilot, it provides the most accurate GPS equipment available to the flying public. The 315AR is ideal for technologically advanced aircraft training and personal travel, making it one of our most popular aircraft.

N35EC – Cirrus SR22

This 2004 Cirrus SR22 has a range over 1,000 nm and max cruise of 185 kts TAS. Talk about a machine bred for cross-country flying. Dallas, Los Angeles, Minneapolis are just a few of the destinations that are possible non-stop flights with the 35EC. This plane also has XM weather, Jeppesen CMAX charts, and portable oxygen for higher altitude flying. Nothing but the best.

N925PC – Cirrus SR22

The main thought behind Cirrus aircraft is to allow the aviator an easy route to transition from a trainer, the SR20, all the way up to a jet, The Vision. The SR22 aids in a smooth transition and there is no better example of this than 925PC. This 2005 SR22 G2 is a perfect aircraft to train for an Instrument rating, fly the Rockies for mountain experience or take a cross-country excursion. Equipped with the S-Tec 55-X autopilot and on-board weather, Jeppesen CMAX charts and many other pilot aids, this aircraft can and will take you to next level in aviation.

N62CH – Cirrus SR22

This 2006 SR22 is a great addition to IA’s durable and dependable Cirrus fleet. In the first two weeks IA had this aircraft available to our clients it went on missions covering more than seven states. Cruise altitudes up to 18,000’ at 185 KTAS make this aircraft capable of missions to any corner of the United States and beyond. Equipped with WAAS-capable Avidyne Entegra avionics, 62CH gives the instrument pilot more confidence when flying a GPS approach into low minimums. Thinking about heading south this during the summer months? 62CH will be the Cirrus of your choice with a built in blower fan and air conditioning unit.

N724PS – Piper Sport

The Piper Sport is the newest addition to our IA fleet. We’re excited to offer this lower-cost alternative to our customers without sacrificing our commitment to quality. Don’t be fooled by the smallish stature of the Piper LSA; this stunning aircraft comes equipped with a fully functioning glass cockpit which includes dual Primary Flight Displays and an Engine Management System lcd screen. And it doesn’t stop there. It also boasts an autopilot, Flight Director and a Garmin 696 GPS in the avionics suite. The aircraft itself is equipped with a bubble canopy for unparalleled visibility and a parachute system similar to our popular Cirrus aircraft. All of these options make the Piper LSA a great aircraft for those looking to eventually step up to the Cirrus and Diamond aircraft, or simply as a low-cost, time-building aircraft.

N149DT – Piper Arrow

As the private pilot advances into the world of bigger, faster and more complex aircraft, a natural transition is the Piper Arrow. For many years the Arrow has been used has a sturdy, low-wing trainer for commercial and CFI applicants alike. Not only does this 2005 Arrow make a great training aircraft it is also cross country capable and designed for comfort. Equipped with Avidyne Entegra avionics, moving map and on-board traffic, the aviator’s situational awareness is greatly improved. Whether the mission is additional certificates and ratings or an adventure across the country, N149DT can take you there.

N8160J – Bonanza

The Beechcraft Bonanza has long been a household name in the General Aviation community. You can’t find a more solid “flying foundation” on the market today. While this aircraft is a 1991 model, it has many of the amenities that you would expect to find on a more modern aircraft, including a Bendix KLN90B GPS, an autopilot, club seating in the rear for a six-person capacity, plus an air conditioner for those hot summer days.

N72TP – Cessna C310

Say hello to the “Big Guy” of our fleet. This plane does not like to be told “no.” Where do you want to go? San Diego? How about climbing up to 24,000′ and flying direct? With two Turbo Ram engines on board you have the ability to climb greater than 1,000′/min. And with onboard oxygen for six people and a max useable fuel capacity of 203 gallons, this aircraft can cover some serious ground (think 200+ knot airspeed). It’s also equipped with dual Garmin 430s (both WAAS capable), electronic HSI, autopilot, de-ice boots, windshield heat and aviation charts loaded onto its Garmin GMX200 MFD. Oh, baby!

N8341X – Piper Seminole

Independence Aviation recently welcomed the addition of a true twin-engine trainer to our fleet. The Piper Seminole has long been a favorite of the training industry for gaining multi-engine experience and ratings, in large part because it is a great balance of power, manageability, and price. Our Seminole has 200hp Turbo-charged engines, a rare and important distinction in twin-engine training aircraft. We believe this is a critical safety factor given our high density altitude training environment in Colorado. It’s a great relief to have additional power at your fingertips to stay airborne in the event of an engine failure. This can’t be said of many non-turbo charged twin engine trainers. Even though it’s one of the older aircraft in our fleet, corners have not been cut with the N8341X. It still holds bragging rights, thanks to its WAAS equipped Garmin 430 GPS and electronic HSI.
