Sometimes the obvious choice isn’t always the best choice. This realization has very serious implications when you are strapped into an aircraft that is traveling at over 150 kts. This scenario was developed specifically to give the pilot a compare and contrast dissection on a tricky approach that is being flown in the Rocky Mountain Region of Western Montana by flying the approach three different times, each with a unique outcome. Mountain Experience Syllabus
This is the syllabus utilized by the IA Team when we get an interested client who is serious about taking their piloting skills to the next level. This course was not just developed for our “flatlander” friends, but instead is intended for pilots of every skill level. This is far and away the most fun that you can have flying around Colorado, and believe us when we say that this is not a “Mountain Course”, but rather a “Mountain Experience”.
